Your Guide Boat and Equipment
You will be riding in style with inside a 2005 Xpress center
console boat. I did a lot of research and testing boats to find
the right one. This is the boat of choice for Cattin Around
Adventures due to its versatility on the water to run shallow
with its low profile and hydro lift hull and able to handle
large/deep water with its wide 98 inch body. With her 2
decks, rear bench seat, 2 fishing chairs upfront and cushion
bait well lid several people can fish with ease with room to
spare.  With a large live well in rear deck, bait well in
console plus large coolers, all the catches are properly
stored until we call it a day. Motor of choice to due to its
reliability, power and quietness is a Yamaha 115hp 4-stroke.
Electronics on board are the Humminbird 1198si side
imaging/down scan sonar on console with Global
Positioning System for precisely locating fishing
destinations that are predetermined. A Lowrance LMS
510 mounted in front near trolling motor for stealth
movement to shallow water fish, VHF marine radio with
NOAA weather and AM/FM Stereo CD for music of
choice to listen to as we ride in comfort to our fishing
destinations. We will be using a variety of fishing
equipment from Abu Garcia Ambassadeur bait caster
reels matched with Proangler rods and spinning tackle
for drifting and cork fishing. All rod are held in place
with Bee Ready rod holders mounted in various ways
and locations.
